Alright /fit/, I need your help.

I'm making this thread because I'm lost. I don't know what routine or diet would do the best for me. What would you reccomend for a beginner? (Don't even THINK about saying GOMAD)
I'm currently 6'0", around 140lbs. I've been in a gym only for a month, doing a beginner bro-split with almost no weight. I'll probably end up doing SS or SL anyways, but any advice will be appreciated!
Also, it would be great if someone would calculate my bf% based on my pics. Thanks!

People will say not hip thrusts, but really hip thrusts as well.

Deadlifts to a much lesser extent.

You can also do leg extensions if you dont like having healthy knees.

Squats alone are enough.

Being manlet is honestly the worst thing imaginable, and its not even about girls not liking you (even though they wont cause you are filthy manlet), its bout being a less of a man, whenever i see a 6'0 masterrace brah i instantly respect him more, i view him as my superior. any other filthy manlets feel this way? People always respect people who are tall more, even if you become some jacked cloud at manlet height you will always still be seen as small.

Hey guys.
Having some pretty intense pain in this area of my back lately, but only when I do certain things.

If I take a really deep breath it hurts. If I move my left arm a certain way it hurts, like when I pull my shoulder back.

It hurts when I do a controlled squat or try to sit down and it's getting really fucking annoying.

It was bothering me yesterday just a little but it hasn't gone away overnight. I'm not sure what to do.

My back buckled during OHP like 1.5 or 2 weeks ago but I felt no pain at that time, so I don't think it's some fucked up disc because I'd notice that immediately right?

If anybody has any thoughts please share them, I'm getting worried.
