Hey /fit/, newbie here. I used to lift in highschool and I'm looking to get ino it again, I found my old routine on my computer and I was wondering if anyone could give it a quick rate? Maybe some things I could add or remote.

If you never have caffeine then maybe take half first.

I take 400mg caffeine before plenty of workouts.

ACSM talks about 3-9 mg/kg, so it won't kill ya. If you don't normally take caffeine before your workouts, I'd advise starting with 200mg and gradually titrating up as necessary.

Anyone get a hernia before? I went to the doctor this morning and said this is not a hernia, just abnormal pocket of fat. Do I need a second opinion? It gets larger if I flex/strain that area.
