Am i over training?

My bench press is moving pretty slowly right now (lifting for 3 months and 2 weeks)
I usually bench press 2 times a week..
Sometimes i bench 3-4 times a week cus i like to bench..
I'm at 62.5 kg in bench at the moment.
Only gone up 2.5 kgs in like 2 weeks..

Stop doing that now!

Shouldn't be benching more than 2x a week otherwise you won't give your chest enough time to heal/get stronger.

Why are chinups so exhausting compared to dips?

Not gonna post pics. He's skinny, but making good progress. I'm fat, also making decent progress. We alternate on exercises, and spot each other on bench. Mostly consists of general convo, and some 'C'MON' when it's needed.

isolation exercises are useful in your situation if you're t-rex mode; otherwise they just sell the routine to DYELs.

started with pic related. much better balance on days, easier to follow, removes shitty isolations. also leaves space in the split to add your own exercises, to add variety (although it doesn't get boring at all).

in your case, I would recommend pic related and add isolations that focus on chest, shoulder and back, with a separate fourth day for core exercises.

post stats as well please.
