I am planning on cutting out all water and drinking chicken noodle and vegetable soup instead. The soup is mainly just water anyway plus the benefits of chicken,noodles and vegetables.

Not him but yeah chicken veggie soup has lots of sodium you'll probably die in 6 month. Unless you're making it from scratch without and not adding that packaged broth you might get away with it.

I've only had an egg white omelette with spinach and a banana so far.

I became a fat fuck because of alcohol. I was drinking at least 192oz of 5.5% beer every other day. I've quit drinking and now I'm losing weight like crazy. I've never had an overeating problem.

Anyways, is it bad to drink protein shakes regularly? My diet is a multivitamin, B2 complex, fish oil, black coffee, 2x 470 calorie protein shakes and whatever mummy makes for dinner. I usually end up eating around 1500 calories a day. My goal with the protein shake is to eat enough protein to minimize muscle loss. I make my protein shakes with 1% milk (1.5 cups/150 cal), 1 cup of frozen strawberries (100 cal), 1 banana (100 cal) and 1 scoop of protein powder (120 cal).

Is this fine? I've been eating like this for 3 weeks since I've quit drinking. I'm just worried about long term side effects of the whey shit. Is there anything else I should be eating? More veggies? Fiber?

I'm 5'9 290 atm. I was 315 3 weeks ago.

I did. I didn't see anything about daily use of whey protein. Just >If you cannot manage to take enough protein into your diet via natural sources, protein powder may be the key.

I have like no appetite until dinner, whatever mummy makes. I'm forcing myself to drink this shit in the morning and around the afternoon.

Should I be able to do more pull ups with my body weight than bench my body weight for reps?

I can do 15 clean pull ups and bench my body weight (80kg) over 20 reps.
Is this bad or normal? Should I start training my upper back more?

Probably equal numbers I guess, I don't know why you want to compare though. They are different muscle group targeting exercises, so even if the numbers are the same it doesn't mean even strength in front and back or whatever you want.

You should be doing weighted pullups by now too anon.

It doesn't. It's nothing magical. It's just calorie restriction but you don't eat carbs and supposedly you don't feel hungry. I fasted for 5 days and they told me 3 or 4 days in I would stop feeling hungry. I didn't. Almost fainted and on the 5th night I killed a watermelon then ate some chicken. It didn't work for me.

Find a brand and fit that suits you better.

I have the same problem, i tend to go for stretchy tapered jeans. They just your quads but are not baggy at the bottom, also wont your legs look fat because they dont hang loose.
