Is it possible to make gainz with PPL on a cut?
Been doing SL for 6 months and not made much muscle gainz (on a bulk).
Wanna cut now with PPL and im just wondering if i can expect to make any gainz.
Seen some people who started out by cutting and doing PPL when they started, with good gainz.

Pretty sure you can, if a bit slower. I´m on PPL and on a 1600kcal cut, and i´ve gone up in strength on bench and overhead. I dont know if that will continue, ofcouse.

I'm lifting since 3 years and now want to check how fast I can lose bf while maintaining muscle mass.

Only tips u have are:

Do TKD for best results
Get on Lo-salt for potassium/mag
Check out bulletproof coffee
Drink water 24/7

I'm pretty much plant based at this point. I cheat on holidays or if I am really craving a steak or my favorite cheat snack(nachos). Aside from that I would say I'm pretty much 95 % free of animal products. This being said...you would never know, I don't announce it to anyone I don't wear tshirts with snappy sayings like "meat is murder". Why are vegans so fucking eager to tell everyone in the fucking room "IM VEGAN, YOUR A FUCKUP IF YOU ARE NOT YET! ITS 2017 MANNN". I was at the gym last night and these most sickly looking individual sat next to me and started to go on and on about veganism and the animals, and I was like SHIT BRO...what about you dude...you look like shit!. He went on a 10 minute rant about THE ANIMALS AND SHIT. what the fuck is wrong with this group of people.

who here is above 190cm and got/had a terrible posture, and how did you cope with it and fixed it easily

im 195cm and im suffering from these fucking rounded shoulders,forward head, anterior pelvis tilt plus being like 0% flexible

I'm not 190, but i did fix my bad form. It is hard work.

Things that worked for me was stretching and EVERY single time you catch yourself with bad posture you needs to correct it. At some point it becomes second nature.

My upper right back is killing me /fit/

I started lifting again a bit over a month ago after a 1 year break. About 4 days ago my upper back hurts so much i cant even get out of bed without biting my lip

Did i snap my shit up? Do i have scoliosis? Am i dying?
