If this is a serious post, you'll have to eat more and actually bulk and lift heavy. Too many women don't want to bulk, or they bulk for a few weeks and then stop, or they never progress past babbyweights. Push yourself in the gym (within reason, don't get hurt) and don't be afraid to get a little chubby as long your bulk is going well and your gaining good muscle

Worked at a track and field gym for a while.
Most coaches were black, and produced decent athletes. One even made meals for his athletes who didn't have much money.
Many of the athletes were black, and a lot of Asians as well. The only chimpouts I ever really saw were from really stupid former Olympians and dumbass Arabs who came in with a group of 5 other guys with no arms.

i just wear a singlet everywhere.

Fitted t-shirts are always nice, if the sleeves are too big it makes your arms look puny. Plus a fitted shirt shows off your chest and drapes over your lower torso which looks great.

People here will call me a fag but I like fairly skinny jeans too. Unless you have xboxhueg quads (which some people do, props) a "slim straight" pair or a skinnier one made with elastic material (which is common with certain brands) look good, especially with a fitted top if you're taller/leaner
