Hey /fit/
Been eating 3200 cals a day at 5'11/148lbs for a month while doing Zyzz's hypertrophy routine consistently. Current diet plan :
Breakfast : 4 eggs, 2 cups of whole milk, 4 toasts (900 cals)
Lunch : 1/2 lb of pasta with sauce (1000 cals)
Dinner : 1 cup of yellow rice, 1/2 lb of baked chicken (900 cals)
Post dinner : 2 cups of whole milk, 1 protein shake (300 cals)
I havent gained a single pound since I started. Was eating 2800 cals a day before that for about 3 months, was stalling at 148 back then as well.
I dont have a job, i ride my motorcycle to the gym and I sit at home all day aside from working out. If i do do something, it usually doesnt involve much physical effort. I work out 5x days a week.

Not really. Have been doing a hypertrophy based routine. I was doing a strength based routine about 4-5 months ago and dirty bulking hard. Got up to 165 and about 20% bf. Looked like shit but got up to 115/175/315/225. My DL s always been really weak. I ve tried progressive overloading on this routine but i end up having to drop to really low weight to finish due to fatigue

I've heard good things about meditation but I remain cautious that it's just a meme.
Can it help to alleviate social awkwardness?
It can help in a lot of different ways. I used to meditate for an hour before going to bed every night to sleep better. As you get better at it you can become more relaxed easier in different situations.
Does being introspective and reflexing while you have nothing better to do count as meditating?

Lol im not too sure, but i think if you enter and try to attempt with that attitude, you wont reap any long term benefits from it. Also if you are thinking about a lot of stuff and your brain is running continuously, it isn't healthy meditation.

How can I become normal?
You need to start off by setting your mind to become better anon. I'd suggest firstly making a very basic weekly calendar to follow for waking up, gym, and other things. Then look into programs to help you finish with your highschool diploma. What you need to realize is feeling bad for yourself isn't going to get anywhere. Also, 22 is very young compared to many people on this website. Anything you do to get better only helps you friend :)

Okay, start off with when to wake up and when to go to bed, so you can make sure your sleep is healthy, and you know how much time you can work with in a week. Then, add the times that you're working part time so you can see the time that you're free to do other things. After these basics are done, you can start filling out times you want to go to the gym/what you'll lift that day. Give me a couple minutes and I can upload mine, but it's all written down.

Not OP but I did that for a while and I HATED it.
I'm living at home now and while I need to move out, I'll never do that again. I'm currently saving so I can live alone.
I'm 6'2" 300lbs and I want to join rhe army when I am of age, I don't really workout but once a day I do 75 sit ups, 150 reps of 10lbs weights for each arm and like 50 jumping jacks as like a warmup in like a span of 30 minutes, and I only drink water and eat lots of eggs. I want education not ridicoule. It doesn't need be fast, I have a few years but I need to lose 80-100lbs.

Warm bath with epsom salts. Sit on a cushion. If its chronic (i.e. keeps coming back) then you might have to look into surgery. Are you sure it is a hemorrhoid and not an anal fissure (the later feels like you are shitting glass - usually with lots of blood).

It will make your muscles appear more defined as it dehydrates you causing fat to lose visible mass, it will not however help you to lose the fat and can cause serious health problems if overused. It will not increase your lifts.
You do need sodium for a balanced diet, you shouldn't need to supplement it.

There is literally nothing wrong with eating lots of salt for a healthy person. If your kidneys are fucked or you have uncontrolled high blood pressure that's a different story.

The Clanger: This guy insists on slamming and dropping weights no matter what the lift is, no matter how light the weights are. He literally does like 5kg curls then throws the dumbells down and poses for the mirror.
The 'One Inch Asian': This guy is in his 40s if I had to guess, he goes around all the machines and does all the exercise with *literally* a 1 inch range of motion. He even does pushups, crunches etc. with 1 inch ROM. He looks like total weak shit.
