/fit/ I have no idea what I'm doing

have been doing SS for 5 months (only included bench as an example). I was eating very little for a while so my lifts weren't improving that much, but my body started looking better. however, the strength gains stopped, so this month I tried "bulking" (currently eating about 2.6k cals, 160g of protein).

though I can lift more, I'm starting to get fat and not like the way I look again. I'm worried if I keep this up I'll just end up 192lbs looking like I did in pic 1, the only difference being that I can push more weight off my chest while lying down.

any advice going forward? should I keep eating at a surplus and accept I won't look good until I build a foundation then cut? or should I be cutting instead until I'm not fat?

I vary it often but sample of a typical day:

while cutting:
> omelette for breakfast, about 400 cals
> protein shake for lunch, about 250 cals,
> chicken wrap and snack for dinner, about 800 cals

currently:
> bigger omelette for breakfast, about 600 cals
> chicken wrap for lunch, about 650 cals
> smoothie for dinner, about 800 cals/80g of protein
> fruits, veggies, and nuts for snacks throughout the day

I started taking 40 mcg of clenbuterol for weight loss two days ago. Its harsh, seems very strong. Makes me jittery, shaky, strong heartbeat etc... Care to share you experience?

About 4 months ago i started a diet, before i started my diet consisted of:

>No Breakfast
>Lunch - BLT Roll with a doughnut and chocolate milk
>Dinner - Fuckload of carbs with some decent greens and good meat
>Snacks - Lots of chocolate (I was a bad comfort eater, eating pizza every weekend)

Now, ive lost weight (didnt track because weight is subjective to body composition) dropped 10% bodyfat and gained muscle all over my body (not a lot, but i can see it and can feel its there when i exercise).

My diet now is:

>Breakfast - Scrambled eggs and beans on seeded bread with a glass of semi-skimmed milk and a banana
>No Lunch
>Dinner - Smaller portions, with an emphasis on less pasta and potatoes, more greens and meat.

i have never felt better, and its all thanks to /fit/ for giving the advice and knowhow and support that helped me push for this, and im still going for a better looking body.

Short answer: no

My gf and i broke up and i was already lifting and in good shape, she had a new guy the next week.
Same story with the girl i had before her aswell

Unless your gf is just testing you (breaking up to see what you do) she isnt coming back since she most likely already has a new guy

Lifting does make the pain easier to deal with but if you want to get over her i suggest doing drugs and drinking instead so you have a chance at fucking new girls and lifting doesnt help towards that end

Actually did with the fat cunt who cheated on me. Got chad mode and shes tried to fuck me on several occasions since (while she has a boyfriend). It's not as satisfying as it sounds though, I still just want love from a good person.

Would there be such a way as training your hands to become more manly? I had a friend who joined karate classes, and over the years his hands got way tougher looking. Mainly the bone structure in his knuckles got bigger and wider.

Is there anything actually known in this subject? Do people do exercises like punching and pushups on their fists etc?

Is it normal to not feel a pump when doing compounds? There's no skin-tearing pump doing compounds like there is with isolation like curling. If I'm pushing to failure doing compounds, I just hit the point where I physically cannot do another rep - as I said there's no pump.
