I always see men eat massive portions and try to justify it with "men eat more" when it's clear that they don't need that much fucking food. They always have a flabby belly yet consider themselves "average" and label themselves as such on their profiles. They also have to have meat with every meal and think eating vegetables is effeminate. These are the same men who scoff at fat people (especially women) while being completely oblivious to the fact that they're overweight and ugly.

The vast majority of these guys would be considered medically overweight, but they're deluded into thinking they're average and would never describe themselves as fat, it's fucking stupid. Men seem to think that working out is all that matters and that portion control only applies to women.

Muscle fat is still fat. I don't care if you're fat with muscles, stop calling yourself average and fucking leave some food for the third worlders. Pics related, "average guy".

The app "MyFitnessPal" is free and it is doing a great job at helping me change the way I eat. I always come in under calories (on a cut) but have regularly been eating too much fat in my diet since I wasn't really tracking properly. Now that I've identified that a started cutting down I look much, much better in the mirror.
One of my favorite things about the app though is that once you finish your "food diary" for the day it calculates your calories and project what your weight will be in five weeks. It's really motivating to me to see that number and say, "Hell yeah, that was worth skipping the cookies."

Any ideas what have I done?

Okay so it was 2016-12-21 we had a work party I drank some vodka, well a lot of vodka and had a genius idea to go to a sauna, while I was in sauna I started to feel dizzy so I went out, then I felt worse so went to lie down and for like 20 minutes felt a sharp pain in my chest like my heart will pop out of me and then the pain stopped.
Two days later I had dull pain in my chest, my left arm was numb so I went to ER, they took blood pressure which was okay, my EKG was clean and my blood test was okay too.
So, holidays passed I felt fine, but still my heart was not like before, came back to working out again. Lifting weights and playing basketball.
So, Thursday I went to lift some weights in the morning and play some basketball in the evening, while playing I felt that my heart was working harder than usual and I was out of breath, so since Friday morning I feel like shit, I have a dull pain in chest and my left hand is a little numb. I have appointment with my family doctor next week.
Did I have heart attack?
Age: 25, height 6’4, weight, 207 pounds, never had heart problems, I usually work out 5 day’s a week.

high bar hurts my shins, near my patellar tendons. im not able to pinpoint the cause but i literally had 25s on the bar and got a sharp pain that lasted for days. low bar and wider stance gives me no issues besides my wrists and elbows so that seemed more sensible
