My friend who I personally know that doesent use steroids, benches 245,deadlifts 500 and squats over 350 at 6 2 and literally lightly lifted and did cross fit for a year. He weighed 210 and has shredded abs, and frequently admits he never counted protein, or any food for that matter and just ate shit like chips and candy frequently. It sucks to have pleb genes. Why can't we all be born that way?

I'm not sure but i think this problem is that you never wash your ass crack properly. Probably because it's so hard to reach. The reason I say this is because:

Numbness after lifting
Hey /fit, I've been lifting for about 6 weeks now on the starting strength program and just started getting a persistent numbness in my left hand pinky finger and slightly up into my hand. Anyone else experienced something similar?
I think it might be lifting related because I've just started doing 5lb jumps in weight per session. Thinking I might have bad form that's causing a nerve punch in my shoulder or elbow.
Ulnar nerve can get irritated if you lean into your elbow often.

I notice no differrence from eating lots of protein or little protein as related to muscle building. in fact last month I cared a lot less about protein and I grew more than I expected.
