What should I do?

Few years ago I used to frequent /fit/. Got onto starting strength, went from 65 kg jack skellington to 80 kg mediocre dude. Became way healthier, stats were:
DL 110 kg 1x5
Squats 112.5 kg 3x5
OHP 45 kg 3x8
Bench 32 kg dumbbells 3x8

That was mid 2013. After that, I had a year away from the gym doing a lot of travelling and moving to a new city for work.

Started up again mid 2014. Went solid for all 2014, 2015 started doing other sports, lots of swimming, injured my back (pic related) real bad in july 2015 - triggered a previously herniated disc.
Stayed away from any gym routines for the rest of 2015, kept swimming, running, hiking, and sporadic gym sessions. 2016 intended to get back to the gym regularly but broke my arm, and so never really went regularly bar a few months last year.

My question is, what routine should I do? Don't really want to do starting strength again, and I'm shit scared of hurting my back. After starting strength last time I did my own modification which was something like

ABxABxx

A - Bench, Dips, Squats
B - OHP, Pullups, Deadlifts
x - rest/swimming

as I say, I'm worried about my back when it comes to deadlifts and squats

Any ideas?

How do you deal with the constant gas?

Ever since I started the diet advice posted on here I've had the most warm, putrid, thick farts of my life. I let one go in my chair yesterday and the smell is STILL THERE. I'm going to have to steam clean it now.

It was never this bad when I ate junk food and played video games all day.

You're probably having trouble digesting things liked oats and soy protein powder. I stayed off protein powder and oats for ages because it gave me awful farts. But recently I've been taking a vegan protein powder (the clean lean protein one) and mine have been normal.

how possible is it for me to get considerable aesthetic by June?

Don't have a really strict plan for diet, just mostly eating chicken breast with a lot of hotsauce to make it bearable and vegetables, oatmeal for breakfast or just two eggs and some toast, I'm always slightly hungry though. Literally no snacks that I'm leaving out. I've slipped and had approximately two cereal bowls worth of chips in the past week, tbqh.

I'm doing A: squat day, legs and back B: deadlift day, chest and arms
All days:
- I begin and end with a 1 mile run going as fast as possible without resting
- Complete 3 supersets of pullups, lemon crunchers, and pushups because I enjoy it so much.

Also should I hunker down and count calories or just keep hungry all the time and eat healthy, as I am doing rn?

Eat as much as you can, but not too much. If you dedicate your self, you can gain 10-20 pounds in the first 3-6 months and you will look decent to most normies.

1. Lean protein and vegetables. Feeling full is easy when all the calories you consume are from food I.e. no extras from sauce or drink.

2. Its sweet to eat broccoli and carrot almost ad infinitum but obvs potato and sweet potato and the like are quite calorie dense. I usually have staples of capsicum, asparagus and broccoli and i buy whatever is on clearance to get more of dem micros. Of course no health negatives, unless you're not getting your protein and fats as a result of eating only veg.

Just started 500 test C 800 eq per week, was gunna run some orals but changed my mind. Probably switch over to test/mast/tren the last 10-12 weeks of cycle

Hi /fit/! I accept that many of you will take big shits on me for this, but I have been coming here for a fairly long time and have gotten a lot of good advice. I've read the sticky etc. etc.

Long story short:

I don't like to eat meat. I do eat it a little bit but avoid it for the most part. If I was eating tons of meat I would eat just chicken and broccoli to cut like I have in the past. But now I need something to replace chicken. SO:

What should I eat to cut weight that doesn't have animals in it? Any meal/ingredient/snack ideas you find filling/taste good? Both vegetarian and vegan are appreciated.

How do I get myself to look like a cute dude, /fit/?

I have admired this rare body type (pic related) for about two years now, and when asking how to be a cute boy, I get the "trap aesthetic guide" image. The truth is, however, that I'm not aiming to look "female" at all. What I really want is to just look cute without being what's basically a girl with a dick. Is this why everyone here is a fucking skeleton?

All those calculators tell you to use a 1.2x multiplier for your BMR if you have a "desk job", but according to the actual science it looks like that would be below even someone who is bed ridden with cerebral palsy.

"office worker with little to no exercise" is a 1.55 multiplier here, while if you look at the calculator that is the equivalent of something like "moderately active all day, with moderate exercise 3-5 times a week"

No wonder I am not gaining at my cals, it was under estimating my TDEE by something like 600...

I got my TDEE by averaging like 5 sites that had their own calculators.. Got about ~3100 calories, which was more than I was expecting at 6'2 195
