Yoooo fit 5'5 manlet here! I've been training for a year now with my lifts being

DL: 310x1
Bench: 155x4
The Press: 100x6

at a BW of 134 lbs! Anyways to get to the point, my gf is 5'7 at 134 lbs aswell, but I can't hold her for more than a few seconds like in the pic.

My question is what do I have to do/work on to be able to lift/hold her like that?

Okay so I think I may have hurt myself. Every time I squat with decent weight I get some pain in my hip in front. Im fine throughout the day until I squat, after which the pain will be slight for the rest of the day. I feel it when im going down, parallel, and coming back up. I also feel it when I swing my leg back and try to lift my knee up. Does anyone here know what it could be? Ill probably go see someone about it, but was hoping to at least get ideas of what it could be first.
