You can do one of two things.

long story short i just started exercising and i've gotten to deadlifts.

i have someone who can help me with form but i'm hearing the starting weight is like 135 pounds.

i did 5x5 with 2 25lb plates and i could barely walk afterwords.

am i some kind of subhuman weakling or is it normal to begin that low?

I just started to lose hair at my temples. It's not really noticeable as of now and still okay. But if I keep losing hair it's gonna be a disaster.

Has anyone tried some lotions or whatever which work? Is there some proof that it actually works to use those lotions?

Finasteride is the only reliable medication, and it works by inhibiting the formation of DHT, which is a kind of super-powered androgen made from testosterone. I'd rather my hair fall out than fuck up my endocrine system. They give the same stuff to elderly men to shrink their prostates, since at that point suppressing androgens doesn't really matter.

I doubt any over-the-counter stuff will help, but on the other hand you aren't running the risk of hormonal side effects.

Because he actually does bodybuilding, has insane genetics and did that shit continually for a shit ton of time. Practically no one does natty bodybuilding, because you spend a shit ton of time on isolations and the results will never come close to people on gear. His legs are also fairly small compared to his upper body.

I've been here a few times, but I never cutted beyond that. I won't fuck up this time, summer is here already.

Do you have any tips to trim the last bits of fat? Are any of these useful or it's just about calorie deficit?

Yes, it's only the deficit that counts. Get a refeed day every two weeks or so when you start stalling.

When I bend my knees I feel pain under the kneecap (where it is soft). This prevents me from doing squats properly. What can I do to fix this? I work a pretty sedentary job if that matters.

Same problem here. My doctor suspected that it could have something to do with hamstring pushing on a nerve. Said a surgery could help but I don't have the money. Ive found out that stretching quats and doing quad exercises in the machine helps short term.
