Why are most people at commercial gyms afraid of lifting heavy?
And if its moderately heavy then its most of times bench press that ruins their shoulders?
One guy from my work brags that he used to bench 225 after long time of lifting.
He doesnt squat, deadlifts less than i did after month of training and uses machines all the time. Ofc he looks like shit but thinks he has great lifting knowledge.

The best 2 pieces of advice I've discovered are the following.
1. Don't count calories,but make the calories count.
2. Train every muscle group 2 times per week. 1 time isn't enough, and 3 times is simply too much effort for not enough extra reward.
