/Cheat day general/

Tell me /fit/ what do you do one cheat days?

How often do you cheat?
What do you eat when you cheat?
Do you enjoy it or regret it after?
Any recommendations for a good cheat meal?
How to avoid cravings when not cheating?

For me its all about five guys, I got get a double bacon cheese burger and chips, take it home, get into my pj's, pour myself a jack and coke, get into bed and watch a movie. I do this on the first Saturday of the month, I love it and hate it, part of it feels like a mechanical process of just dealing with the urge, but once the booze kicks in I feel great.

I avoid it all costs, always spirals out of control and turns into binging thatll last at least a few days. Im better off just keeping it clean. Eventually the pressure of eating right for weeks will make me crack and ill binge anyways but its better to do it once a month than every weekend.

So I've decided to quit back squats and deadlifts. As a full time wage cuck, my hamstrings are forever tight. This fucks up my backsquat when going heavy.

I'm switching to front squats twice a week now. What else should I do in absence of back squats and deadlifts. I basically want to have the cleanest healthiest lower back possible as literally bending over hurts my back at the moment.

Two things I already do are Bulgarian split squats and lunges. Both feel amazing.

Don't know about the lifts op, besides Romanian dead lifts (stiff legged) stretch the fuck out of my hams. But I highly recommend a good chiropractor. I've had lower back pain since 12 due non stop gaming and it's mostly fixed thanks to a competent chiro.

I think it's dynamite. Last week I did a full day fast on Wednesday and started IF on Thursday so I hit the gym twice totally fasted. Did 10 sets of 10 reps zercher squats on Wednesday and don't remember what I did on Thursday but everything turned out OK.
