1) Tofu, tempeh, tvp, nuts, legumes, dark greens. Unless you have set something ridiculous like 50% kcal from protein it's achievable. Not "literally impossible"
2) most people here consume whey shakes, right? Well just make a pea protein shake. Adjust taste with no kcal sweeteners, berries (low kcal), cocoa, cinnamon

Well I'm on my fourth week now, first two weeks at 250mg and currently at 500mg. I mean it's hot, AND I live down south, but it's not unbearable. I'm already almost 15 lbs down too. Personally, I just prefer to get it all out of the way at once. Also probably should note that I'm on 25mcg T3 daily since starting 500mg.
