What are you cunts reading?

Currently I am reading Iron Mind by Randall Strossen, a great book that deals with the mental side of lifting. Also, there is a whole lot of carry over into everyday life with the lessons learned.

I going to be finishing up my current book soon and need another one. What would you all recommend?

Hey /fit/, I want to put the memes aside for a bit because I have been thinking about doing GOMAD. I do struggle with gaining weight, and I want to know if you all actually do recommend it. I know I will gain weight from it, but is it worth it? Will it fuck up my body, and do you have a better method for gaining weight? I weigh about 153 lbs, at 5'11", and I have been that way for a while. My lifts have not been improving much either.

tl;dr Do you recommend GOMAD?

GOMAD does what is lt promises. Your lifts will improve at the cost of some excess body fat. It's up to you if that's worth it.

currently 217.5 lbs and 5'10

what can I expect for consistent weight loss from this?

I walk about 3-4 in 60-80 minutes, up and down steep hills, for reference.

have lost a lot of eight today and yesterday (about 10 pounds so far) but can I expect that kind of loss consistently throughout my fast?

Oh and at 217 lbs there is absolutely no way you lost 10 lbs in 2 days. You're doing super low amounts of exercising so your tdee is probably somewhere around 2400 to 2800 calories a day. So not eating at all you have lost upwards of 2lbs, maximum.

You lost water weight and your strategy is dumb.
