Day 29 of day 33. Oh thank God I'm almost done with this shit.

I've been doing 500mg since day 1, and 750mg since day 15.

Will do 750mg til day 32, and on day 33 only 500mg as ill be out of caps by then.

Day 1 weight: 222lbs
Day 29 weight: 196.4lbs

Am I happy? Fuck no. I still can't get my favorite pants on because they get stuck slightly above the knee.

I'm also doing ephedrine.

Daily reminder that YOU CAN have an allergic reaction to dnp.

I had an allergic reaction at 500mg dosing every other day. Didnt get hit by it until week 2 (the end of my cycle).

Hospitalized me for over a week, unable to eat or process using my liver. Liver felt like it was about to erupt, skin was elevated (i looked like dead pool with a chemical burn).
The entire ordeal gave me alopecia on my head and i lost 20 pounds of muscle mass.

Not only did I go full skeleton mode I had bald patches all over my head. Took me a little over a year to recover. I stll get the needle feeling on my nerves from time to time

Daily reminder this os absolutely not worth taking, if you are an outlier you will regret it completely. 25,000$ hospital bill (insurance left me with a 8,000 bill)

Just be safe and if you see any ANY type of reaction stop right away. Never take it again. Blast high levels of antihistamine every other hour, its processed by your kidneys

Everywhere I search, everywhere I fucking look, when I try to look up ways to improve lung efficiency, every single page is about lung capacity.

I did that and now my metabolism is FUCKED.

When I followed a prescribed diet from the hospital during recovery they CONSTANTLY insisted that I would not put on loads of weight and everything would be fine as long as I did what I was told (my school paid someone to follow me around and force me to eat lunch and follow me into the toilets).

I gained 30 fucking lbs in 6 months.

I have crazy blood sugar levels and will literally put on weight if I eat more than 700 kcals a day, even though I work an incredibly physically strenuous manual labour job 7 days in a row and do a lot of walking on my 3 hour commute. My body does all kinds of weird shit from random periods of insane fluid retention and weight swinging plus or minus 10 lbs. in a given month. I used to starve myself for ,long period of time then alternate with binging on sugary treats and making myself vomit/abused laxatives.

I'm still very much overweight by about 20 lbs but I don't look it (US size 4-6 on top, 6-8 on the bottom, was a size 00 when I had a 'normal' BMI). I have a nice amount of muscle mass for a grill but some really stubborn-ass fat and if I drop the ball for a second I will probably get really fat really quick.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. once you go down that road you have to STAY starving and stick to it or turn into a whale.

Hello /fit/ I will now present to you the best routine you can do as a beginner.
It is a full body 6 day a week program.
It has the use of three rep ranges to manage recovery. Heavy sets: 3rep at around 90% max. Medium 6 rep sets, much like the standard 5x5 with around 80% intensity, and light 12-set reps at 65%for pure hypertrophy and stamina reasons.
The main heavy lifts will increase the most, due to the others being percentages of that main lift, they will not increase as much, as fast.

There are 6 compound exercises, 3 every other day.
One of them will be Heavy, 1 medium and 1 will be light. These intensities will be cycled through the weak for each body part resulting in 2 Heavy, 2 medium and 2 light workouts for each body part. In these 6 days you may add 1 or 2 accessories per day if you want. These accessories may be smaller exercises such as ab-work, skull-crushes, facepulls, lat raises, chest flys and of these sorts.

The Chinups will be assisted for higher reps, or weighted for heavy reps.
Lowbar-squats are prefered.
While doing the heavy OHP-day push pressing is allowed to finish the workout.

This is the program, H=Heavy, M Medium, L = light.

Monday: Squat H, OHP M, Chinups L
Tuesday: Deadlift L, Benchpress H, Rows, M
Wednesday: Squats M, OHP L, Chinups H.
Thursday Deadlift H, Benchpress M, Rows L
Friday Squats L, OHP H, Chinups M
Saturday: Deadlift M, Benchpress L, Rows H

The number of sets can be 1 to 4, depending on how you feel like. I use only 2 and I have the most gains.

I use Weighted crunches, rear-delt flys, neck work, chest flys, reverse hypers and shrugs as my accessories. The accessories can be 1-4 sets 8-20 reps as you please.

Tear this routine to shreds and mock me if you want. I really find this the best routine I've ever done. I struggled before on standard novice-programs and I tried to alter somethings about it to get me stronger faster and really manage the workouts. What programs worked best for you?

ive made most of my gains with a 3 day split. im doing something similar to you... However its a fullbody HLM split alongside with lots of cardio
