What's your opinion on the Keto Diet? I've been on it for 3 or 4 weeks know and I like it. It's sustainable, my cravings have gone down, and I've lost fat.

Do all of you calculate your TDEE with Scooby's Workshop Calculator or do you just use the multiply weight in lbs by 10 or 12 from the sticky?

Ive tried both, but Scooby's calculator gives me a significantly higher number than just multiplying by 10 or 12

I use Scooby's. I started cutting on May 13 and I've lost 10-12lbs and over 2%bf going by its numbers. I use the moderate(3-5 hrs of moderate exercise/wk) option though even though it's probably closer to the next highest setting.

Scooby's gives me values that are about 200+ higher than what my actual measured values were. You might argue that some measurement isn't 100% correct but I'd trust it more than some internet calculator.

How the fuck do you guys deal with sleep problems? I have insomnia and can only stay asleep for 4 hours at a time. I've already tried turning off all lights one hour before bed but I spend hours just looking at the ceiling forcing my eyes to stay closed only to feel like I'm straining my eyelids. How much does this affect my gains and what can I do to solve this problem?

Hey /fit/.

If I'm still only 20, is there any chance my bone structure will get larger if I keep working out?

I used to play soccer a lot growing up but I never did anything requiring upper body strength. My ankles are like 10 inches in diameter but my wrists are only 6.5. My shoulders are broader than my hips by quite a few inches but I'm still skinny as fuck. My arms look so stupid in comparison to the rest of my body.

Do I have any hope?

Man, I went to the Cheescake Factory in Beverly Hills earlier this year (visiting from UK) and it was by far the best place I've ever eaten when all factors were considered. Food was amazing, portions were absurdly large.

my gf is 5'10" and 133 pounds. she wants to be thinner though, she doesn't have really any muscle but she has a low bf%. what do i do /fit/? if she wants to be thinner will she reach skelly mode? i can't get her to work out because of health conditions either so that's not an option.
