3 weeks off uni, doing the lyle macdonald rapid fat loss protein sparing diet

tried it during uni and my brain fucking cant absorb material when on fuckall calories so gave up

lying in bed chewing gum playing WoW/Shitposting/Tindering with my low cal diet just vegging out

I could never do it. I literally stayed like 25% bodyfat through all out university.

Got down to 10% BF within 6 months of finishing.

It made me realise that higher education is basically another form of wage-cuckery, destroying your health for the chance at unlocking extra financial gains, for what? I'm not even materialistic, I should have never ever gone to university. My lifestyle I can support myself on some part-time easy mode job.

i dont know how to study 100 pages of law per day and not put on weight. thats a failure of myself because i know others are capable of it. though they supplement food with caffeine/coffee, and i dont like that.

i think once youre out in the workforce theres less learning and more application/repetition. i hope anyway.

Had a bike crash. Shattered my right right wrist. Doctor says I can be happy they didnt have to amputate it. It will probably never fully recover, so rip to lifting, it was a fine run with you guys. Now I have to learn to do everything with my left arm.

Try nutritionix or myfitnesspal. Personally I like to actually write my calories/macros down in a notebook, and I eat mostly the same foods so I can just refer back to earlier entries most of the time.
