my gf is 5'10" and 133 pounds. she wants to be thinner though, she doesn't have really any muscle but she has a low bf%. what do i do /fit/? if she wants to be thinner will she reach skelly mode? i can't get her to work out because of health conditions either so that's not an option.

If you don't want a skelly gf you have to convince her to stop but working out would be the best option.
