Stop doing situps and crunches, they're bad for you
Do bridges instead
About a week ago I was squatting around 245,but apparently I didn't warm up correctly, and I injured my right psoas muscle. For the first 2-3 days,I had intense pain in my upper thigh, and lower right lumbar region. Now the pain is gone, but my mobility is literally shit tier on my right side. Lunges feel stiff as hell, and my right leg feels incredibly tight trying to hit parallel when squatting. Any routines or stretches you guys can recommend to regain mobility?
http://www.fix-knee-pain.com/psoas-stretch/ also look up couch stretch, that shit is brutal
what times structure do you find to be the most comfortable to eat?
How often do you feel hungry?
how big are the meals?
I know its about calorie in and out
I'm more concerned with maintenance right now
After doing an intermittent fast for 3 weeks where i fasted 18 hours
It wasn't very comfortable so I couldn't see myself doing this for the long run
Anyone ever go on a cleanse? Like drinking those juices or just water for a couple days? How did it go? Thinking of trying it.

I started losing hair because I was depleted of dietary fat...neck yourself for even thinking about doing one of those...
How effective are exercise bikes for glute workouts?
Reminder that anything Rippletits sells you is a scam.
You're absolutely retarded if you think you're going to get jacked as a novice
Second half of the second week of PPL. Feels like it will be a success, brosplit was too long of rest, full body almost felt too short. Right now I feel like i can progress every week.
does anyone else have some OCD characteristics in the gym?
For example, I wash my hands between every set
So for those of you guys who do IF, how much do you eat if you were doing on-off days as opposed to 16 hour fasting.
If I didn't eat 24 hours would I eat double my caloric requirements the next 24 hours?
Also, which method is best of fasting/feasting is the best?
IF is a meme
>people actually think you can gain lean mass doing IF on a bulk
Just stick to IIFYM, jesus christ. These fad diets are retarded
Name a physique that's more aesthetic than having a prominent V-Taper

That dude's shit is asymmetric as fuck, and his lower abs are shit tier.
Hello /fit/.
I am a fully natural lifter that relies only on a robust and varied diet to build muscle and get stronger.I did not take creatine either. My program included 3 days worth of full body work, consisting mainly of compound exercises. Now I've taken about three weeks off of my training and I have noticed only minimal shrinkage. I am not focused on bulking as much.
How long until you lose your gains? Is it different for natural / drug users? Have you personally had experience in leaving the gym for an extended period of time and losing strength?
>>41859128
7 months now, i lost every single thing and am back to skinny fat
hopefully i'm back by next month
Takes a long time to lose natty gains and with a proper warmup you can probably lift near your best even after 2-3 months off.
Drugs on the other hand take a very steep impact and your performance drops almost instantly and youre back to your natty maxes til u doperoonie again
It takes about 3-5 days of non use to begin muscle atrophy. The rate of atrophy depends on your fitness level, what you're doing during the day, your diet, and genetics.
Maybe not the answer you were looking for but it's the right one.
I have a lot of energy, some days i just cant sleep, what are some exercises or exercises routines that tire you up?

Hi
Today I was on an adjustable bench and I was doing a few sets of seated dumbell forearm curls. Am I an asshole for being on the bench for doing this (not trolling)? Afterward, I did some overhead lifts (which was fine to use the bench with) but I just wonder and avoid being the guy who hogs equipment that is unfair to others.
Also, if there's any other etiquette to mention, feel free to mention it in this thread. Thanks /fit/ bros.
Congrats for at least thinking of other people. That's usually the first sign that you're not "that guy."
Secondly, I use the home gym. One of the biggest reasons is that I hate people.
As far as whether or not you were being inconsiderate, the question comes down to:
>How many other people were there?
>Did someone ask to work in with you?
>Did you wipe down the equipment when you were done?
>Were you sitting on it between reps?
>How long were you on it? If the answer is more than 12 minutes than you're probably taking too long.
Thou shall not useth more than one piece of gym equipment at a time.
"B-but I'm doing a circuit!"
Fuck that shit, you're in a public gym, you're entitled to ONE piece of equipment at a time
(a pair of dumbbells count as one piece of equipment)
>>41860335
>Dumbbells count as one piece of equipment
Guess i gotta do my dumbbell press on the fucking floor because i dont wanna use 2 pieces of equipment.
