Any tall guys here experience this? I'm 6'4" and my upper back and traps especially are way underdeveloped compared to the rest of my body.

No matter what I do, pull-ups, rows, lateral pull-downs, face-pulls, I feel it much more in my arms before my back ever gets tired.

Any exercises that really isolate this muscle without engaging your arms?

Trap muscles primarily move your scapula and also help with lowering your shoulders. I usually do pull ups where I place the back of my head in front of the bar while the rest of the body is behind it. Tends to contract my scapula a lot.

Why is that so bad? It's not like fapping is getting in the way of your gains cause you're going to the gym.

That's how I regulate my masturbation, if I want to jerk it, I have to go to the gym and workout first.

If you really want to stop though, start taking a preworkout with DMAA in it. Your bloodflow and nervous system will be so worn out by the time you're done that you can't get a boner.

Just try to close it as many times as you can, a few times a day.

Start with one that you can only just close for one rep at most, and keep using it until you can do it for 15 reps per hand.

They work really well if you're consistent with them.
Also keep it with you if you are prone to bad moods and/or anger, as doing it when angry is really good.

Does anyone else have wacky names for their lifts? I have a couple lifting buddies and we like to make up stupid names. For example, we refer to dead lifts as "Heave Ho-Henrys" and Tricep Extensions as "Goblin Lowers". Are we alone in this?
