Hi /Fit/ I'm doing a cut right now but I have some questions.
Ill have to start some really intense studying sessions from now on and I don't want to mess with my performance .
>How many carbs for studying and 4 days a week gym sessions should I need aprox?. I am 6ft and 205lb tryin to go to 12% bf.

i'd say cut at 250-300 kcal below maintenance. do something like 50/30/20% carbs/protein/fat.
I'd also say do cardio. Factor that into your maintenance calories and adjust your diet accordingly. This is anecdotal, but cardio helps me focus (this may be placebo?)
