yo any wrestlers know if cutting 13 pounds in a month is legit, i have exactly a month to go from 188 to 175, also how unhealthy is this. need to cut by august 12

You can, but you are going to suffer. To lose the weight natty you have to have a 1500 cal a day deficit and maintain your metabolism. That's not gonna happen. What you, and every other idiot that has to make weight does is clean and dry your system.

You're gonna eat lots of dry food. Stop drinking water. Give yourself an enema and then run in sweatpants and trash bags until you squeeze out 13 lbs of water weight. The team will then drag you to the weight in because your dehydrated ass cam barely stand, come in just under and then stagger back to the bench to chug Gatorade so you don't die.

13lbs is doable, but you will suffer and possibly die and get some light brain damage. But then again you're wrestling so your head is already ducked. Enjoy that facefull of onsie-dick pinning your ass to the mat. Should have joined the football team.

I'm tired of not having a calorie count and sticking to it. Give me something big and healthy, Idc what I'll get it, I'm done fucking around. Just hit 170 for the first time and with relatively low body fat, super proud and not giving up yet

2 meals per day

Lunch
can of sardines (olive or sunflower oil only)
2 eggs (use some of the oil from sardines to fry)
avocado
fistful of almonds

Dinner
200g lettuce/brocoli/peppers
2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp vinegar (I like walnut vinegar), salt pepper
200g ground beef, with 1/2red onion, 1/2 chili pepper, cooked in 10g butter
50g grams feta cheese on top, crumbled

~2,000 kcals
It's high fat low carb. take out sardines at lunch and have a bowl of oats for breafast, with cinnamon, if you want a more classical diet

Cheap ($35 groceries per week) healthy (most fats are mono or polysaturated) convenient (max pre+cook time 10mn, one pan only) and super flexible (change meat for any in any combination, cold salad or hot veggies, fast for 24 hours before or after a big alcohol and carbs night) I'm the leanest I've ever been at 30, and I really don't plan anything anymore, I just play around that "routine" and it works wonders.

It's not exactly keto, in the sense that I have carbs when going out (beers, bread, pizzas). so I go keto at home normie when going out, and as a result is just a flexible low-carb diet.

I am a senior in high school. I have been lifting seriously for 7 months and have noticed a huge difference in my attitude about life and the way I feel comfortable with myself. I have a solid routine and things are going well. All except for the fact that I cannot squat. Last time I squatted , it was freshman year and I literally tore my groin muscle. Since then I have not felt comfortable to incorporate it into my routines. I have had other seasoned lifters at the gym walk me through the form with super low weight multiple times but I am too scared to use a higher weight. What do.

in reality it's a highly variable lift depending on anatomy and with a high potential for injury if your form is off

try the front squat - it'll train your form better plus if you fail a weight you just dump it forwards

Why do guys who don't work out sometimes have a well defined chest? Genetics? Secret pushup routine? Pic related is my inspiration because he was just like me before; skinny with zero muscle definition. The worst of both worlds.

My girlfriend workouts, but is a complete pussy when it comes to working out in the gym. Most gyms have that training area where fat fucks and old people go once a week for a shitty group training sessing. People use it when it's not in use, and it's pretty much the only thing she uses. How do I force her to workout properly? I'd be happy if she at least starting squatting a little harder.

I like them. Nothing hurting your shins and you can have a more natural lifting position than if you have a bar infront of you. There is literally no reason to do normal deadlifts if you dont compete in Powerlifting or they are the most comfy for you

Question for /fit/izens

I've been lifting every other day for the last year and I've dropped 100 lbs from 299 to 199lbs but 26 were in the last month. I've been sleeping alot as well. Is this possible without aids? Pic related me at 240.
