And I am demoralised so much by the 6 and 7/10s. They always affect innocent traits or act overly friendly (not by initiating contact, as an example, none of them ever talk to me at work) with people in a loud and affected way. They have to put in slightly more effort to attract beta attention. They play the same game but are more dislikeable due to their affectations which seem dishonest.
Also a reminder that women look better during the day compared to when you see them on Friday nights. They dress on nights out in garish ways to signal promiscuity to alpha Chads. Not that you even need to wait for Friday or Saturday these days. Thursday is the new Friday and Wednesday is the new Thursday. Friday is New Year's Eve and Saturday is an orgy.

This month's workout:
(In addition to daily mucking out and hand-weeding an 800sq ft paddock of 6ft stinging needles)
Monday: Hauled 1.1 metric tons of animal feed, stacked/emptied into bins
Tuesday: Hauled 66 hay bales (40kg each, much denser than usual), 24 straw bales (20kg each) and 24 shavings bales (25kg each) in an hour.
There is still hay in my eyes and I have a godawful rash up my arms.

No. Intermittent fasting will give you better results for less suffering and actually allow you to go exercise and be active during the day. It works. I go 14-15 hours fasting from wakeup to dinner drinking only water. Eat a giant meal over the course of an hour or two, then sleep.

Somehow a lot of people on youtube saying that refined carbs like sugar and flour are bad , but refined fats like butter and oils are good for you.
