Even if I account for the calories, will alcohol slow down weight loss? Trying to go from 178lbs to 168lbs (5'11") and get rid of the stomach I gained drinking too much last semester. . Has coffee addiction ruined anyone else's sleep over a long period of time and made them weaker? I think that and sugar has fucked me up badly.

A good night's sleep will make you feel so much better than caffeine does, I recovered from a stim addiction and the difference is incredible. I have to force myself to go to bed pretty early on weeknights but it's worth it

Count the squat racks. More squat racks = more better. Most of the (((big name commercial gyms))) are severely deficient in free weight equipment.
