It happened once on leg extension machine tho when I turned my head

both my knees got broken and had to be replaced and then the replaced ones got broken until i started squatting then one day they just grew back and started working again all because of squats

ask yourself why are you squatting?
if it is harmful to you, but you want to work out x-muscle groups, you could find other exercises.

I never actuality thought about it this way. Personally I squat just so I can impress fit.
