Any tricep exercise and rows. The long head of the triceps attach to the scapula. Which is whywhy you need a pulling movement to. Train the whole triceps

Because the long head passes over the shoulder joint, it becomes most active when the upper arm is raised overhead.

So overhead tricep ext are good.

I prefer incline cg bench.

I really want to start a fighting sport and would like to compete a little. No big contest mind you, just want to be decent in that sport.
I do strength training 3 times a week.
The thing is, I'm afraid of brain damage, but I don't mind body damages.
I'm interested in wrestling, is it a good idea ? BJJ don't attract me.

Just started getting into fitness after living my whole life skinny-fat, and i feel really motivated by all your posts here. I read the sticky and im doing mark ripptoes starting strength program, but i saw someone on here saying that it's useless and alot of you seemed to agree. So is it useless? Should i do some other program instead? I'm really weak by the way.

Is it okay if most of my under 2000 calories on the non fasting days are from carbs?

My family has carb intolerance but that shouldnt matter if the carbs are just rice and potato right?

If you love your body then do it right. Give it the nutrition it needs with a diet rich in vegetables, absent of the junk or sugary nonsense the obese shovel in their mouths.

You don't have to be slim, but acting like you can eat anything because of body acceptance is destructive of the thing so treasured.
