What's your opinion of using trap bars for deadlifts? I prefer using them to barbells

I like them. Nothing hurting your shins and you can have a more natural lifting position than if you have a bar infront of you. There is literally no reason to do normal deadlifts if you dont compete in Powerlifting or they are the most comfy for you

the dynamic change results in giving you a finer balance between a hip and knee dominant movement pattern so instead of hitting either hams or quads really hard it hits them both pretty evenly. good for lumbar erectors too. you can also fiddle with back angle to make it more like a leg press or more like a deadlift. it's a great lift either way.
