Alright boyos, been pretty mentally ill the last two years in 2013-2015 I was focusing on powerlifting had a 110B 185DL 165S. Been back training a couple of weeks and have a new mindset on health and fitness I want to be all around strong so I've been experimenting with a higher workload. My workouts are as follows

Monday - Weights, Boxing, Running and Yoga (for recovery)
Tuesday - Weights, Boxing, Running and Yoga
Wednesday - Cycling, Boxing
Thursday - Weights, Boxing, Running and Yoga
Friday - Weights, Boxing, Running and Yoga
Saturday - Cycling, Boxing
Sunday - Rest

Each session is around 4 hrs and I've yet to hit fatigue. I'm following Canditos Linear Program. I'm eating enough each day to be in a surplus.

My question is this though is this overkill? I feel better than I've felt in years but I'm afraid i'll hit diminishing returns at some point. Thoughts?

I've got a guy comes in full tracksuit, weightlifting gloves about 5 foot 6 and ginger comes about 3 times a week proceeds to do variations of bicep curls with 5kg weights for half an hour then leaves.

3 times a week for at least 6 months from what I've seen I don't even know what he thinks he's achieving

About a year ago now I got really depressed suddenly because humanity fucking sucks so I started eating healthy food and working out every day. Now I'm just a really depressed bag of muscles. I've attempted suicide twice and feel like even more shit. Like nothing's good enough. Please help.

Does anyone do meal prep as an adult male (>200lb bodyweight)? These tupperware containers are basically going to be filled with just meat and a few vegetables. I've been using chicken breast or pork loin cooked in a Crockpot with vegetables, salsa, spices etc which fits my budget and macros well but tastes like shit because the meat is overcooked. Is there a way to make the texture of the meat not so terrible in a slowcooker or at least mask it? I see all these bodybuilders and powerlifters extol the benefits of slowcookers but every meal they've suggested has been mediocre.

Anyone on /fit/ taken accutane? I'm probably going to be prescribed it soon but read about it being bad for gains and also possibly causing depression. Are these side effects likely or just a meme?

I did it. Do NOT pick your acne when you are on. It will get worse before it gets better. It is going to be tempting to pop/pick all of the acne. If you do it will scar really bad, resist.

you dont decide where fat gets stored if thats what you are asking. If you want more weight somewhere its gonna have to be weight from muscle.

Hey /fit/ i need opinions. I've been working out for more than a year now, when i started i was 180cm 79kg than i droped to 62kg and now im 66kg. Thats the problem, i haven't stopped dieting or working out. I eat healthy, mostly steamed vegetables and meat with 1200-1400 calorie limit and there of course is a cheat day here and there. Heres my workout schedule and pls tell me why do you think im gaining weight.
M: chest and biceps + HIIT 1 hour
T: Back
W: Legs + HIIT 1 hour
T: Back + Triceps
F: Shoulders
S: Full body routine + HIIT 1 hour
S:Abs

Non restorative sleep? Tried melatonin the other night and slept better then I have in ages. Although I have already built a tolerance to it. Why have I been getting non restorative sleep?
