Been lifting for 5 years, first time ever being shredded.

I'm dreaming about eating donuts and I can literally taste them as if I'm actually eating them and I actually feel satisfied some how.

Is this part n parcel of being shredded ?

I've just applied to become a prison officer, I'm about average build but quite athletic and fit but I'm willing to sacrifice my cardio to become as swole as possible as quickly as possible.

I'm NEET and have enough money saved up to fund it, so i can spend literally all day eating and lifting.

Maybe use steds if my body can take it.

Is there a decent plan of action anywhere to get swole as quick as possible? maybe not ripped as such but bulky especially in the arms and chest so i look the part and don't have some crackhead trying to jump me.

Whenever i've tried looking online before for guides i just end up going in circles with all those Rich Piana wannabees trying to sell their get fit quick guides.

Will doing lots of accessories interfer with my strength gain while doing a strength program?

I do the main lifts first (Greyskull)
Then afterwards i do tricep, bicep, trap, delt accessories.
Is this slowing down my progress?
If not, can i do more?

I did a meme "program" for about a year and made little progress, but i guess i know how to lift shit.

You don't really need carbs for preworkout unless you are on really low carbs(eg. keto), or you just ran a marathon that morning and you have 0 glycogen in your muscles.

how do i keep my gains?

i had to evacuate from Naples FL and i'll be out of the iron church for a while, possibly weeks. currently i'm in a hotel, and their fitness room is a rack of dumbells up to 50lbs. And cables. problem is i'm on a powerlifting program right now and there isn't a barbell or a plate to this hotel's name. What are the best movements i can do with these 50s to keep my gains?

Most acute low back pain resolves on its own, although don't freak out if it comes back occasionally.
General advice is to stay active but avoid specific activities that seem to aggravate the pain. In other words, keep going to the gym, but don't do exercises that piss off your back (gradually reintroduce those exercises at a later date).

If you can't feel anything in your crotch and/or you're shitting yourself, see a doctor immediately. Otherwise, keep calm and carry on.
