Hey /fit/ i need opinions. I've been working out for more than a year now, when i started i was 180cm 79kg than i droped to 62kg and now im 66kg. Thats the problem, i haven't stopped dieting or working out. I eat healthy, mostly steamed vegetables and meat with 1200-1400 calorie limit and there of course is a cheat day here and there. Heres my workout schedule and pls tell me why do you think im gaining weight.
M: chest and biceps + HIIT 1 hour
T: Back
W: Legs + HIIT 1 hour
T: Back + Triceps
F: Shoulders
S: Full body routine + HIIT 1 hour
S:Abs

PS. i do cardio 1-3 times a week
