About a year ago now I got really depressed suddenly because humanity fucking sucks so I started eating healthy food and working out every day. Now I'm just a really depressed bag of muscles. I've attempted suicide twice and feel like even more shit. Like nothing's good enough. Please help.

could just be physch issues, could be as far as food allergy or tons of things..
first thing would be to see a doc and try get a full blood test.

You should probably seek counselling, so you can put things into perspective. I'm on medication for depression and it does help to an extent, but there's no magic pill for this shit unfortunately.
