Getting back into things

Alright boyos, been pretty mentally ill the last two years in 2013-2015 I was focusing on powerlifting had a 110B 185DL 165S. Been back training a couple of weeks and have a new mindset on health and fitness I want to be all around strong so I've been experimenting with a higher workload. My workouts are as follows

Monday - Weights, Boxing, Running and Yoga (for recovery)
Tuesday - Weights, Boxing, Running and Yoga
Wednesday - Cycling, Boxing
Thursday - Weights, Boxing, Running and Yoga
Friday - Weights, Boxing, Running and Yoga
Saturday - Cycling, Boxing
Sunday - Rest

Each session is around 4 hrs and I've yet to hit fatigue. I'm following Canditos Linear Program. I'm eating enough each day to be in a surplus.

My question is this though is this overkill? I feel better than I've felt in years but I'm afraid i'll hit diminishing returns at some point. Thoughts?

cliffs - Working out more, this too much to do in a week?

I should add that I don't care about weight gain I weigh 70kg naturally and within 75-80kg is perfect for me
