I literlly start intermittent fasting 2-3 days ago and I'm seeing results already!!!! Veins are apearing all over body and I can nearly see my abs for the first time in my life when I drag down on my bellyfat. Shredz are upon me /fit/!!!
What kind of body do you need in order for people to look at you and go "holy shit."
I get a lot of mires and compliments but very few and far between look at me and are visibly shaken except for DYEL and tiny Asian chicks with twins for boyfriends.
I wish to be this godlike.

To your question, I think you just need to hard good shoulders and a slim belly. Other than that, I being too jacked will just look fat, before the bedroom that is.
I'm trying to figure out a good layout for a lifting journal. I'm logging everything in a notebook I got since I prefer pen and paper and I want it to have a nice format.
I need areas for warmups, sets and reps, general notes about the workout. I'd also like an area by the sets to note whether I succeeded or failed to get all the prescribed reps. Anybody have a journal layout they are willing to share? Looking for ideas here.

In top margin I write down what workout im doing(today was "Legs B"), the day, and the time I started. After that I just write shit down, so it would look like: "W/U: incline tread/ 5 minutes" After that it was like"Front Squats: 135/15, 185/8, 205/5" To record my working sets I have the set number in front of the weight/reps.

Like instead of running the cookie cutter wrokout like XYXYrest it would be more like ABCDEFG while hitting the same body part twice a week.
Just for example: Rows, Bench, Deads, OHP, Squat, Curl, Crunch.
Each would have their own separate day, no rest days.

Since our bodies are comprised of different types of muscle fibers of person to person, would the growth rate also be variable between each muscle?
Let's say for instance you do two isolation excercises at roughly the same workload for two different muscles. Since the types of muscle fibers can vary, would that also mean that certain muscles on your body grow faster? Or is the growth rate practically the same throughout the body?
I can do cardio and not vom. I can do weight and not vom. I joined a cult and I've vom'd 4 or 5 times. I've stopped vomming by being a complete bitch. Is there another way to not vom?

100% FUCK YES. I went keto and I think it work because it's much easier to control your food intake, hence your calorie count, with very strict diets. Food quality in the modern consumer society is beyond shit, we must do something about it.
