Is tai chi a good pre work out stretch? I'm wanting to start to change. Right now I'm doing some calisthenics to get the muscles back to mass but my flexibility is shit. I try to do yoga post work out to loosen up so I don't get sore, but I wanna do something before. Tai chi looks fun and is supposed to help stretch. Any anon have experience here? Also, what's your thoughts on kettle bell workouts?

/fit/, have I found the ultimate protein food to have while cutting? Pic related, this small bottle of flavoured protein milk has 25g of protein and ONLY 160 calories. Sounds pretty good right? The thing that makes this REALLY special though is how fucking good it tastes. I've had lots of different protein powder brands, and they mostly taste bad. None of them come close to this milk taste. Fucking delicious, high protein, low calorie. Also one bottle costs 2.5 polish zloty, around 70 cents.
