Hey /fit/ what is the optimal set by rep count? I see 3x5 all over the place but when I used to lift before (years ago, got fat, trying to get fit again) I was doing 3x8.

So that's basically my question, what's the best set by rep count?

Bonus questions: is this what you mean when said by "lift for reps"?

Anyone else get so sick of classic rock/metal/dance workout music? I find that this chanting stuff really helps me focus whilst lifting. I highly recommend it.

BTW are you aware of the "grass-fed" scam where they grass feed it its whole life and then bulk it on grain in the last 6 weeks? this negates ALL the health benefits and is VERY common as grass-fed beef doesnt have much regulation

I've had it for 9 years now (22 now), I just wear thick material tshirt. Some tight tshirts are fine if they compress the chest. I never ever buy tops without trying them first for the sole purpose of checking how they fit around the nipples.

Do any of you have any experience with using an ECA stack?

If you were to buy everything individually, what ratio should you use of E:C:A? how many times per day? Did you find it effective for weight loss?

Bronkaid is 20mg Ephedrine, take one with 200mg caffeine. The Aspirin is optional and typically only advised if you need it. Thins the blood to control blood pressure. If you've done any bit of cardio for a regular period, it's not necessary and is just an added expense.

Take it once a day to build up to it. Both are stimulants and WILL make you jittery. Take between meals that way it stalls your appetite. Work your way up to ~3 doses a day.

I just do the EC and also take fish oil. I'll do a dose at around 8am and then at 1pm. I've found it helps with suppressing my diet, which is good because I'm doing IF right now. I usually will only do it for a few weeks though (however long it takes to get through a box of Bronkaid). My tolerance starts to go up and I find the effects starts to wane. I've found best results when I do it at the beginning and the end of my cut.

If I lack the energy to do cardio and haven't done it for an extended period, should I start with Aspirin and then stop using it over the first month or the stack? My blood pressure is almost perfect (118/76), i take it that the stimulants would increase blood pressure somewhat?

Hey fit, I have a chance now to test my test levels for a relatively cheap price. The listing the company has on their website is as follows,

S-testo
S-testo free
S-testo free counted

I know pretty much what the 2 first ones mean, and those are the values one often seens thrown around here as well. But what the fuck is a free counted one? It says something about Andersson's algorith.

Which ones should I get? I dont want to pay for them all if I dont "need" them all. I understand that I should get the free test obviously, but what about the rest of the two?

I will also measure my vit D levels there. Usually testing is pricey as fuck in here, will get these for around 100 euros. Still plenty imo.
