Is tai chi a good pre work out stretch? I'm wanting to start to change. Right now I'm doing some calisthenics to get the muscles back to mass but my flexibility is shit. I try to do yoga post work out to loosen up so I don't get sore, but I wanna do something before. Tai chi looks fun and is supposed to help stretch. Any anon have experience here? Also, what's your thoughts on kettle bell workouts?

The advice you need to listen to is that streching isn't your problem it's doing calisthenics you dingus. So what you want change, no one gives a fuck about what you want, you have to go out and get it, and doing this monkey shit is not gonna cut it

I'm not going for gains, just trying to get healthy. Not worried about getting cut/swoll. But I can follow your point
