I squat at home from a bench press tall uprights.
But the problem is that the grip can't be proper width, the distance between the uprights is 35"
So I have been squatting with a narrower grip. This makes my wrists not straight, but forces them to be bent.
Will this shitty squat form still give me leg gains?
OP pic is obviously the good form for example.
>be me
>go to gym for 2 years
>get pretty good at this lifting stuff
>have an injury
>keeps me out of gym for 9 months
>reverts me back about 18 months with regards to lifting
>get sort of depressed because of it + constrained for time because of work
>try to keep eating healthy, but regularly succumb to episodes of starving and then binging
>finally go back to gym
>start making back the gains (bulking) slowly but surely
>have reached 25% bodyfat
so what do i do? do i keep going till i get all my gains back and i'm 30% bf? or do i cut and make the ladder back to where i was even longer?
You've asked if you should cut or bulk, but you haven't provided:
- height
- weight
- image of current body
please try again. in any case, you should probably cut.
>>42395137
5'10
80kg
- not providing an image because i have a big belly and laughable gains
>cut
>>42395183
huh
You're the same weight as me and I'm 6'4" so you should probably cut
How can you explain this /fit/?

No girl wants to fuck a literal hunk of muscle. It's disgusting.
>That guy at your gym who skips brain day
>Why do you lift bro? Why do you waste thousands of dollars for supplements, diets and gyms? It's all about confidence.

Thinking about starting to meditate frequently. I try to stay focused on all the things I want to get done in the day but mentally sometimes it feels overwhelming and I end up procrastinating. I figure meditation will focus me and help me deal with life's pressure. Does anyone here have experience with meditation and what impact did it have on your life? Also any advice/resources would be appreciated.
How fit was ABBA blonde's bum back in those days?

great thread
Does it work as a legal supplement?
Is it even worth lifting if you're not at least 6'1?
>not a real man
>disproportioned
>no test
>forever a child
>clothes don't fit
How about instead of complaining about petty things like height that you can't change you focus on lifting weights and changing your body which is something you can actually change. If you got dealt a shit hand height wise atleast do the best you can with it.

>not trying to be the best you can be dispite natural limitations
I've got a small dick, do I say "is it even worth fucking anyone"? No, I learnt to eat pussy. Stop making excuses.
Alright so in TDEE calculators you have to put up several factors for it to do its work. Height, age, weight, how many times you exercise...
Its this last one that bothers me. In several of this calculators you are asked this, between the possible answers is 1-2 a week, 3-4 times a week, 5-6 a week or 7 days a week. The thing is, some natty guy could train 3 days a week, doing 1 hour sessions, but some olympic swimer could exercise 3 days a week too, and by exercise I mean go to the pool, swim a shiload of laps, and then go workout at the gym for 2 hours sessions.
Some natty guy coukd do hard work 6 days a week, and do a 3 hours extreme workout, but some fatty could also exercise 6 days a week, but instead of doing the above, he could just go for a walk every morning.
You guys get me? My problem with TDEE calculators is that they ask you to add the exercise you do per week to the calculation, but exercise 3 days a week could mean 2 different thing for 2 different peaple.
Keeping this in mind, can TDEE calculators still be trusted? Would this be the reason why so many skinnies and fattys hit plateus despite claiming to eat a lot, or eat way less than normal when bulking or cutting? How big would the margin of error of TDEE calculators be?
TDEE calculators are for cucks.
>multiple bodyweight x10, 12 or 14 for cut/maintain/bulk and eat that many kcal
>weigh yourself upon waking 3-5x weekly and average it
>adjust intake as needed to get the desired results
>>42394809
You don't add the exercise into the TDEE calculator. You set it to sedentary and then track how many calories you burn working out for a week and add that to your sedentary TDEE. Exercise calculations on the calculator are wildly inaccurate because of what you just described.

Will a half hour of cardio a day while bulking and lifting three times a week keep me skinny fat? I walk my dogs every day and I'm wondering if this is hindering my gains.
