I work out at my apartment complex gym because I can't afford a gym membership right now.
Today I easily maxed out on one of their machines (it goes up to 210) on the Incline Press. However, I can only do 180 max on the flat bench.
I know they work different muscle groups, but how do I get my flat bench to catch up?

Looking for your best AB workouts /fit/. I basically superset Bicycle Crunches, Leg Lifts and Medicine Ball twists until failure three times.
Its building them sure but I don't feel like there's enough resistance to really burn them out. They're lagging behind the rest of my gains.

Dietitians and other people who deal with diet have to constantly be saying new things or no one will pay attention to them. Also people like to hear that there is like one secret to eating right or being healthy. The fact that no one wants to hear is that the majority of things are OK in moderation and the path to losing weight is simply eating less.
