I can't find a fork big enough to pick up an entire farm

Because I live in a gardening zone 3, only 39 frost free days a year. And I'm in the middle of the Rockies. To compensate I can a lot when I do get fresh food.

I get a 94oz jug of extra virgin olive oil from Lebanon for $15. That's pretty fucking cheap. I would never buy olive oil at the supermarket.

That photo is clearly just the stuff straight out of the package photoshopped onto a white background.

When you pit it in milk it starts to soak it up. If you eat it right away it's mostly the solid-ass brick that comes in the package. The longer you let it sit the mushier it becomes. Let it sit several minutes and it disperses with the consistency of loose oatmeal.

Compare Italian-American to "Italian" food. Italians don't have garlic bread, don't have chicken OR veal parmesan, think spaghetti and meatballs should be separate dishes, consider chicken alfredo haram, and put potatoes on their pizza but not chicken.

Hot pockets are such crap and I don't remember any distinctive marketing growing up, so I have no clue why anybody buys them other than that they're lazy convenience foods that don't constitute an entire meal so fatties can eat them throughout the day as a "light snack".

It's infinitely better. I mean, it's shit work. Hard work. You still have to deal with obnoxious people and incompetent coworkers. But at least you don't have to exercise the patience that cashiers do when it comes to slow and/or rude customers. And you don't have to be on cart duty.
