Oats, duh. Or other steamed rolled grains. Also bread, fruits, nuts and seeds. For vegetables just buy shit you can eat raw, or buy/use a microwave to cook them.

About 2-3 minutes. Of course it will vary depending on how strong your heat source is, as well as the temp of the steak before it went onto the pan or grill.

Idk why but I can never get the perfect texture while cooking rice. I use a 1:2 rice to water ratio in a normal pot. I might try reducing the water a bit.

If it's rinse-worthy, or I just washed the floors, then yes. I have a prettttty clean house, since I bleach the floors for dog traffic.
But, you should know there is a floor germ that can't be killed by bleach. It's commonly why hospital workers and doctors leave their sneakers or clogs outside, and never once track those germs into their homes. I forget if its c.diff or capylobacter, but whichever, it's inflammation of the gut that is the worst kind of food poisoning with vomiting and diarrhea both. It's commonly found in daycare, hospitals, etc. Anywhere people might have thrown up. Might as well be norovirus, it's a lousy kind of food poisoning.

So I've been on a pretty strict diet for a couple of months, and I'm constantly craving fast food. It's not a big deal, but I find myself looking for pictures of really greasy, delicious junk food. It's basically turned into a cathartic thing for me.

I do! I don't necessarily mind the cravings, desu. When I crave unhealthy food but don't eat it, it feels like I accomplished something and keeps me going. I just like looking at the pictures cuz I'm a weirdo...

Depends on the meat. If it's very high in fat you might end up with clogged arteries. If lean I think you'll be fine for a very long time. Not sure about fibers though senpai
