It's a very fine line between perfect moist mozzarella and rubbery plastic. It'll probably take you a few goes to get it right, don't be discouraged though, it's nhe same for pretty much everyone.

You need to measure, eyeballing results in shit most of the time. French press is the least forgiving method.

Any kitchen scale capable of weighing by grams will do. Google for french press ratios, any will do.

The last time I ate fast food was... At least a year ago, since I still played in LANs with my team.

In my family we're not really used to eat outside that much, and when we do, we go to a fine restaurant just on the other side of the road, who are good neighbours to us.

Sometimes, approximately four times a year, we go to an Asian restaurant. I love asian soups.
