Like 7 years ago I made a thread here detailing how to make mexican pickled jalapeños, carrots, onions, and cauliflower. I made something like 4 gallons of the shit and my family went crazy over them. People were coming by to take tons home. Canned versions are 7/10 at best, and ones I've tried at other resteraunts are 6-8/10 at best. Mine were the best I've ever had. Man, if I could go back in time I'd give myself a hand job. Shit, I might even do that now

It's just a matter of poaching everything in oil and pickling spices and dumping it in vinegar. Don't know why mine came out so much better but probably because I used a ton of garlic and other places and companies don't use much if any garlic since it turns blue, green or purple

Fucking aldi is based. Shits so cheap and quality is good. The variety thru have is a plus since they brought foods to my area that I would have to go out of my way to get, such as Indian food, vegan shit, hanaah bread or whatever it's called that I use to make pizzas.
