I just ordered 100 chicken nuggets from burger king, for fourteen bucks. I wish I could say they were delicious but they feel like soggy microwaved chicken. I remember when burger king had the best chicken tenders in fast food. Why? Why did this have to happen?
Depends whem they make them. If you get them cold they are soggy, but freshly made they are good.

I'm a 90s kid and remember them being really good also, but I'm starting to think that it was just because I was young and everything was amazing.

>I just ordered 100 chicken nuggets
they probably had to literally microwave them to get them to your fat ass in time.
Who else here /disgusting/?

Wanting to start a food truck with a concept that serves fresh foods, like homemade soups and sammies - and also fried foods. Like mozzarella sticks and fried cheesecake bites. What would be a good name for a Food Truck that has both food options?

I was at Tesco today and they were doing 40% off swordfish fillets so I bought one. I've never had swordfish before, I've got no idea how to cook it or what to eat it with. I picked up some tartar sauce while I was there, just in case.
Suggestions?
I've never had it, but I believe you can treat it like you would Salmon; it's a dense, meaty fish so slow cooking on a lower heat can work. Grilled or en papillote (or "en tinfoil" 'cos lets be honest) should be a safe bet.
Grill it with lemon or other citrus. If it's your first time keep it simple! Then you'll know what works with it. Also have some greens like broccoli with it and perhaps a simple sauce

Look out for worms.
/ck/ please help, has this meat gone bad?
Sell by date is Oct 24th. I bought this yesterday for discount price because it was the last day, but it did not look like this on the shelf. It turned this color overnight.
I would just throw it out, but meat is expensive and I am really poor atm.
Can I eat this if I cook it today or is it rice and beans once again?
Thanks...
>>8217773
It'll be fine. Cook it, smell it and if you don't like the smell don't try to eat it.
>>8217773
It's just a bit oxidized or something. It's still good. If you're afraid cook it on high temp for ten minutes. You'll be fine anon.

This
However I cooked some off smelling chicken a few weeks ago and didn't get sick or diarrhea. Just as long as you cook it well done and microwave it if you're going to reheat later.
How do you stop overcooking chicken?
Turn your heatsource off
Cook it a bit less
