Forget where I found it, but its called Hilltop Special Sauce.
1 1/2 cup mayo, 3 cups ketchup, 3 tbsp curry, 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp horseradish (I use extra hot), 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 cup dill pickle juice, 1 pint veg oil, 2 slices of american cheese.

Its fatty but fucking hell, shit is great on any fried foods.

1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
Turn it on

If it's too wet for your liking use 1.5 cups of water instead next time. All rice is different.

In kindergarten, age 6. I hid in the food trolley they used to bring in the food, and got smuggled into the kitchen. Instead of shooing me out, the cooking ladies appreciated my curiosity, and let me stir a pot and let me watch them work.

Later it dawned on them that practically I was missing, and sent me away. Got yelled at by the teacher, but didn't care. Afterwards, my mother and grandmother taught all kinds of coking and baking.

Moved out at 14 years old, had to actually eat food and got money for it so started learning cooking by myself and from friends/gfs. Been working line/prep in a restaurant for 9 months now. Almost no time/motivation for home cooking now tho, but the job is actually pretty fun and i'm becoming better each day.

I just sort of learned gradually over time. My dad's cooking is usually not so great so I started to make some simple dishes myself. Stuff like frying tofu on a frying pan and having it with rice. Now I add all sorts of vegetables and make a more proper stir fry instead. I wouldn't say that it was really hard since I learned naturally, over the years.

I don't think of myself as good cook in general (don't really know anything about baking bread) but I know how to make a fair amount of simple healthy dishes and a couple more complicated ones without having to resort to eating prepackaged meal shit.
