What are some autistic things you do to/with your food? I'll start:
>when food is too hot i spit it out and usually swear, followed by waiting an extended period of time for my food to cool down until it's cold and unpleasant in order to "teach it a lesson"
>only drink my drinks in one chug, starting and finishing any drink i have by chugging it all down at once
>whip my hands around the kitchen to grab things like im Mashiba from Hajime no Ippo or Kamaji (the boiler man) from Spirited Away because i think it looks cool
>use salt shakers to shake salt into my mouth if im waiting for food at a restaurant, just so i can get some savory flavor to tide me over
>shoot back the little cups of creamer you get at restaurants
>play the "Chef" soundtrack on my phone every time i cook anything

Anyway, quick answer: Eat alot of stuff that doesn't even need to be cooked. i.e., lots of veggies. if you really want to cook them, use the mic to steam brocolli. You can create lots of flavor from pickling and fermenting veggies, which requires no heating at all.

Try slicing it thin then toss into a hot frying pan, some cooking oil is probably better than lard or butter. If fried it would make a good sarnie, try some pickles with it

Both are supposed to compliment the meat, so it all just depends on what YOU like.

I like sauces, because it gives me more control of the flavor, so I don't use anything on my ribs other than salt and pepper, and use a sauce as a dip instead of putting it on the ribs themselves.

Regardless, as long as it's not too sweet, any kind of BBQ is better than no kind of BBQ.

How should I go about heating these if I don't want to put them in the microwave and I don't have a broiler pan?

Baking in the oven makes the buns too hard and even after a lot of time in the meat might still be cold. Should I try broiling them in the oven even without a broiler pan?

warm buns in microwave, cook patties in oven.

Pro tip, chop up like 10 onions (any kind) and just leave it out to dry. It doesn't go bad ever and gets a much richer onion flavor, without being stronger.

Then you can just grab some and use it like normal onion. Really nice to sprinkle a little in a salad too
