I used to teach in an inner city middle school, can confirm that's pretty accurate and normal. Saw a mosquito hawk baked into a piece of pizza once.

Most of the kids would wait in line, get their food, immediately dump it into the trash, and then chow down on the Coke and Takis/Hot Cheetos they brought.

Either skip the alfredo sauce, or just make regular pasta and use the sauce. Or, if you really want to use the sauce, make the boxes like normal and drink the sauce straight from the jar.
