My diet has been really bad lately and it's causing me to poop when I cum. My GF is threatening to leave me, but I made a bet with a friend that I could eat nothing but McChickens for the entire year and I'm so close to winning. Are there any tips that could help improve my diet and keep my poop in check without having to break my McChicken diet? I'm allowed to make slight modifications to the McChicken as long as I don't replace anything in it, and I'm allowed to take vitamin supplements and drink anything I want.

>drink anything I want.
well thats easy
drink bleach
trust me it works
>>8249743
That's not funny to joke about, someone might read this and think drinking bleach is a good idea. What are you gonna do then? Can you live with the guilt on an innocent person killing themselves because of your faulty advice?
Are sushi bowls an abomination?
Would it be gross to get two different sushi plates and then mix them together?
>>8249600
Where's the fish?
<food> bowls are fucking stupid.
Burrito bowls, burger bowls, sushi bowls, fucking any of them.
Eating all of your food in the shape of a salad doesnt make it healthy you hipster fucks
>>8249600

Did I do good?

You should have used spray cheese, otherwise 8/10 gotta love that sweaty bologna glistening.
>americans think this is even homemade, let alone delicious
>>8249599
Do you have America Envy or something? you seem to bring it up a lot.
I was just gifted one of these things. Any of you cu/ck/s have one? All I made so far was nuggets..ideas/opinions?
>>8249549
seems like they take way longer than just frying them in a pot with oil
I have an T-Fal ActiFry.
Makes good nuggets and fries.
More or less anything that doesn't have a sauce on it and will fit inside can be cooked.
But I'd stick to frozen dishes that are suggested to cook in a oven.
>>8249556
It does take longer but it adds less oil to your food, is walk away safe for the cooking duration, is easier to clean up after.

hey /ck/, I'm a student currently schooling with no job & funded by my parents for food (barely). I was wondering, what are some cheap, but quality things I can make that use few ingredients? I'm okay with eating single course meals as long as it's overall good.
this idea of cheap food on little ingredients came to me tonight after I made this Sriracha broccoli. I only used mayonnaise, Sriracha, & water mixed and lightly poured over broccoli, then roasted it. Turned out okay & was definitely good for what it was worth.
Anything is appreciated, just sick of ramen noodles being the base of my diet. I don't mind the noodles really, more the fact that it is literally junk food & probably worse than a bag of chips.
Grits mixed with peanut butter. Insanely cheap and I like it.
Potatoes, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper.
Wash the potatoes, dice them, throw them in a frying pan with salt and pepper. Cook them for about 10 minutes, put in a bit of butter and crack some eggs.
Serve with shredded cheese on top, turns into a nice gooey dish.
>>8249498
Wow, that sounds so good, maybe I could find a cheap berry to throw in too... or raisins. Where do you get peanut butter cheap though? I always skip it because it's $5-$7 for the smaller size & if I buy it I'll probably use that up in 8 meals or so.
Is there a healthy way to sweeten oatmeal without sugar?
News flash, jokers. If you reheat your refrigerated leftovers, that makes you a pretentious cunt that can't appreciate the small things in life.
Yeah, yeah, I bet you're going to come at me with your witty and snarky bullshit because everyone on /ck/ thinks they're Anthony Bourdain. Cold leftovers are the best thing about cooking and there's absolutely no evidence you can present to the board that makes it otherwise.
Welcome to the developed world, dipshit.

This is a very weird bait thread anon, why post if you're not even going to try.
>>8249494
This isn't bait. Fucking fancy lads that heat up their leftovers walk around like their shit doesn't stink. I'm god damned tired of it
>There are people who go to sit-down restaurants and spend $7 to eat a hot dog

No one likes coney dogs but you weirdos.

This is my parents. They're former yuppies who see it as a status symbol to never have to cook for themselves, but they're also frugal and boring so they go to the same few mediocre places for dinner every night and get the cheapest things on the menu/sandwiches.
Seems like a pretty sad existence to me, but being raised on it and having the opportunity to try the more exciting things on the menus at my parents' expense lead me to develop an interest in food the bloomed into teaching myself how to cook so I'll take it I guess.

What's the best way to make meat and two veg style meals more exciting?
Cocaine
Bit too expensive a garnish for my easy to cook after work economy meals.
Change your own outlook so that meat and two veg meals excite you.
Other than that, learn to make good sauces, marinades, dressings etc. That's the only real way to shake up a paleo diet.
Do you anonians have one of these? How often do you use it? And for what? Nutmeg, hard cheese, chocolate?
>>8249299
Yep, have 2.
I use them for hard cheeses, nutmeg, chocolate, citrus zests of all kinds, sieving eggs for certain dishes, shaving certain vegetables and fungi, all kinds of stuff. It's indispensable.
>>8249299
fresh horseradish
sometimes lemons but i am a klutz and tend to microplane my fingers when I do those.
>>8249299
Nutmeg, citrus peel and raw ginger is all I ever use mine for.

Hey /ck/
First time poster here.
I'm starting up a garden in my back and side gardens with the intent of growing berry bushes of multiple varieties with the end goal of making jam and jelly. Can gherkin and pickled onion jars be reused for making jam? Or am i going to be running into broken jars when i sterilize/boil them?
Also if I get into other preserves that aren't jam will i need a better way of storing them?
Preserve general I guess.
>>8249286
>Can gherkin and pickled onion jars be reused for making jam?
yes.
Just make sure that their seal is not borked.
First off, invest in chicken wire to cover up your berry bushes. I had a lot of greedy asshole bird issues before I started covering them up.
Second ball jars are already cheap, why risk it for a jar that you'll get maybe 2 uses out of max?
>>8249295
Thanks for the input. They seem fine.
>>8249296
I'm going to buy netting once the plants grow to a certain height. Currently building a scarecrow and making the local scrub turkeys afraid of me.
But yeah if there is a risk I'm not against buying jars. I get quite a few pickled goods and thought I could recycle them directly. I also plan to give them out to family/friends/work friends if it goes well. So giving them use and throw out jars seemed like a good idea.
I have some whole, gutted rainbow trout and can't decide what I want to do with them. Grill or bake them. Maybe fry. I want them crispy and kinda dry. Either way I've never cooked fish aside from plain grilling it with nothing on them but that's plain.
Recommendations on spices, marinating them, etc please?
Did you scale them?
>>8249233
Stuff with lemon, dill, parsley, onion, and garlic. Bake.
>>8249233
If it's fresh, don't fuck with it and just grill it. Eat it with slices of lemon and arugula.
If you want to get fancy, you can pan fry it and serve with browned butter with almonds.
xD bacon general
I used to love bacon, but then people turned bacon into a neverending meme and now when people start talking about bacon, I wish to be afflicted by extremely short term deafness so I don't have to listen to how much bacon makes their pussy gush. Why do normies have to ruin everything?
>>8249197
its just the way of the world friend
You're still allowed to like it, you know. You aren't going to lose 4chan cred for eating something that other people like.
What's the best flavour of Hamburger Helper and why is it Beef Noodle?
It's called Beef Pasta.
Beef noodle could be anything.
>>8249052
that's not how you spell patty melt
>>8249052
Sigh...It takes an unholy amount of restraint for me not to turn this flavor into one serving/meal. If it is cheeseburger helper, well, I am going to: 1. burn my mouth and 2. eat it with no regard to restraint.
